Important: koin50 will never send you an unsolicited email, SMS, or WhatsApp message asking for your Account password, PIN, or one-time passcode (OTP). If you receive such a communication, treat it as fraudulent and report it immediately to [email protected].

12.2 koin50 will respond to all data rights requests within 30 calendar days of receipt. In complex cases, this period may be extended by a further two months, in which case we will notify you of the extension and the reason within the initial 30-day period.
12.3 We will not charge a fee for exercising your rights in normal circumstances. However, where requests are manifestly unfounded or excessive — particularly if repetitive — we reserve the right to charge a reasonable administrative fee or decline to act on the request.
Verification Requirement: To protect your privacy, we are required to verify your identity before acting on any data rights request. We may ask you to confirm certain Account details or submit a copy of your identity document before processing your request.

13.2 If we become aware that Personal Data has been collected from a person under 21 — whether through a false declaration at registration or by any other means — we will immediately close the associated Account, delete all Personal Data relating to that individual, and return any deposited funds to the originating payment method.

14.1 The koin50 Platform does not contain links to external third-party websites. 14.2 The presence of a third-party game provider's content on the Platform (e.g., Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming) does not constitute an endorsement of that provider's privacy practices beyond the scope of our contractual data processing agreement with them.
