These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of the koin50 platform. Please read them carefully before registering an account or placing any bet or wager. By using our services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these terms in full.
Last Updated: 1 January 2026You must be at least 21 years of age to create an account and use koin50. Identity verification (KYC) is mandatory for all members before withdrawals are processed.
All deposits and withdrawals are processed through verified Indonesian payment methods including BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, OVO, DANA, and GoPay. Minimum deposit is Rp 50.000.
All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements. Welcome bonuses carry a 30x rollover on the combined deposit and bonus amount. Bonus abuse results in account suspension.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. koin50 will never ask for your password via any communication channel.
Fraud, collusion, money laundering, use of bots or automated software, multi-accounting, and exploitation of software errors are strictly prohibited and will result in permanent account closure.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which koin50 holds its international gaming license. Disputes are subject to binding arbitration under those laws.
In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms shall have the meanings ascribed to them below unless the context requires otherwise:

2.1 Access to and use of the koin50 Platform is restricted to individuals who satisfy all of the following conditions:

You acknowledge that online gambling occupies a legally ambiguous space under Indonesian law — specifically, Indonesia's Public Gambling Act of 1867 predates the internet and does not explicitly address offshore online platforms. You accept sole responsibility for determining whether your use of the Platform complies with all applicable laws in your jurisdiction. koin50 does not provide legal advice.
Age Restriction: Gambling by persons under the age of 21 is strictly prohibited on the koin50 Platform. We employ identity verification systems to enforce this restriction. Any account found to belong to a person under 21 will be immediately closed and all funds returned to the depositing payment method after deducting any bonus amounts.
3.1 To access betting and gaming features on koin50, you must create a registered Account. By completing the registration process, you represent and warrant that all information provided is accurate, current, and complete.
3.2 You may hold only one (1) Account on the koin50 Platform. Creating duplicate or multiple accounts — whether using different email addresses, phone numbers, or identity documents — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all balances.
3.3 You are responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your username and password. You must notify koin50 support immediately at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorized access to your Account.
3.4 koin50 reserves the right to refuse or cancel any registration at its sole discretion, without obligation to provide a reason.
3.5 Your Account is personal and non-transferable. You may not sell, assign, gift, or otherwise transfer your Account to any third party.
4.1 koin50 is required by its international licensing obligations to verify the identity of all Members before processing withdrawal requests. This Know Your Customer (KYC) process requires you to submit:
4.2 KYC documents must be submitted through the designated secure upload portal within your Account dashboard. koin50 will process submitted documents within two (2) business days. We may request additional documentation if the initial submission is deemed insufficient.
4.3 Until KYC verification is complete, withdrawal requests will be placed on hold. Deposits and gameplay may continue during the verification period at koin50's discretion.
4.4 koin50 handles all KYC documentation in strict accordance with our Privacy Policy. Documents are stored on encrypted servers and accessed only by authorized compliance personnel.
Note: Providing false, forged, or misleading identity documents is a serious offense that will result in permanent account closure, forfeiture of all balances, and may be referred to appropriate law enforcement authorities.
5.1 koin50 accepts deposits denominated in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR) via the following verified payment methods:
5.2 The minimum deposit amount is Rp 50.000. The maximum single deposit amount is Rp 50.000.000 unless otherwise specified for your account tier. Higher limits may be available for VIP members upon request.
5.3 All deposits must originate from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited. Any deposit identified as originating from a third-party account will be reversed and the relevant Account suspended pending investigation.
5.4 Deposits are typically credited to your koin50 Account balance within minutes. In cases of technical delay, please contact our support team with your bank transaction reference number. koin50 is not responsible for delays caused by the Member's bank or payment provider.
5.5 koin50 does not charge deposit fees. However, your bank or e-wallet provider may impose their own transfer charges, which are the Member's sole responsibility.
5.6 koin50 reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on large or unusual deposits, which may require the Member to provide evidence of the source of funds.
6.1 Withdrawal requests may only be submitted to a payment account that is registered in the Member's own name and matches the identity verified under the KYC process. koin50 does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances.
6.2 The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 100.000. The maximum single withdrawal amount is Rp 100.000.000 per transaction, subject to account tier and verification status.

6.4 koin50 reserves the right to request additional KYC documentation before processing any withdrawal. Withdrawals may be delayed if the Member's account is under security review or if the withdrawal amount triggers enhanced due diligence thresholds.
6.5 Withdrawal of bonus-derived balances is only permitted once all applicable wagering requirements have been fully met. Attempting to withdraw before satisfying wagering requirements will result in the bonus balance being voided.
Processing Hours: Withdrawal requests submitted between 00:00 and 06:00 WIB may experience slightly longer processing times due to reduced banking system activity during these hours. We recommend submitting requests during standard Indonesian banking hours (08:00–20:00 WIB) for the fastest processing.
7.1 koin50 offers various promotional bonuses to Members, including but not limited to welcome deposit bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, free spins, and referral rewards. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published alongside each promotion, in addition to the general provisions of this clause.
7.2 Welcome Bonus: New Members who make their first qualifying deposit are eligible for the koin50 welcome bonus. The welcome bonus carries a wagering requirement of 30x the combined sum of the deposit amount and the bonus amount. The welcome bonus must be wagered within 30 calendar days of being credited, or it will expire and be voided.
7.3 Wagering contributions vary by game type:
7.4 Only one bonus may be active on a Member's account at any given time. Claiming a new bonus before fully completing the wagering requirements on an active bonus will result in the previous bonus being voided.
7.5 koin50 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice. Where a bonus has already been credited to a Member's account, it will remain valid under the terms that applied at the time of crediting.
7.6 Any attempt to abuse the bonus system — including but not limited to opening multiple accounts to claim bonuses, placing hedging bets to artificially meet wagering requirements, or exploiting technical errors — will result in immediate voiding of all bonus balances and suspension of the Member's account.
8.1 koin50 offers sports betting, live casino, slots, togel, crash games, and other gaming products. Each game category operates under its own specific rules, which are accessible within the relevant game interface or upon request from our support team.
8.2 For sports betting, koin50 follows standard industry settlement rules. In the event of a match postponement, the bet will remain open for up to 48 hours. If the event does not take place within that window, all single bets on the event will be voided and stakes returned. Mix parlay (accumulator) bets containing a voided selection will be recalculated with the voided leg removed.
8.3 Voor bola (Asian handicap) markets follow standard Asian Handicap settlement rules as published by the Asian Football Confederation. Half-win and half-loss outcomes are settled accordingly on the proportional stake.
8.4 koin50 reserves the right to void any bet placed on an event affected by match-fixing, corruption, or other integrity violations, regardless of the event outcome, in accordance with our licensing obligations.
8.5 In the event of a system or pricing error, koin50 reserves the right to void affected bets and refund stakes to Member accounts. koin50 is not liable for losses arising from a Member's decision to continue wagering on markets displaying obviously erroneous odds.
8.6 The maximum single bet payout on any market is Rp 500.000.000 unless a higher limit has been explicitly agreed in writing for VIP Members.
9.1 The following activities are strictly prohibited on the koin50 Platform and will result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, and forfeiture of balances:
9.2 koin50 employs sophisticated fraud detection systems and cooperates with third-party security providers to identify and prevent prohibited conduct. Evidence of prohibited activity may be shared with relevant law enforcement authorities.

11.1 All content on the koin50 Platform — including but not limited to logos, trademarks, interface designs, graphics, game assets, text, and software code — is the exclusive intellectual property of koin50 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable international copyright and trademark law.
11.2 You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This license does not permit you to copy, reproduce, distribute, publicly display, modify, or create derivative works from any Platform content without prior written authorization from koin50.
11.3 The koin50 brand name, logo, and associated marks may not be used in any commercial context, advertising, or third-party content without express written permission.
12.1 To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, koin50 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Platform — including but not limited to loss of funds, loss of data, loss of profits, or loss of anticipated savings.
12.2 koin50's total aggregate liability to any Member in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Member into their Account in the 30 calendar days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
12.3 koin50 makes no representations or warranties that the Platform will be available continuously, free of errors, or free of viruses or other harmful components. We reserve the right to suspend or discontinue any feature of the Platform at any time for maintenance, security, or regulatory reasons.
12.4 Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude koin50's liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.
13.1 koin50 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms and is incorporated herein by reference.
13.2 By registering an Account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy, including for the purposes of identity verification, payment processing, fraud prevention, and personalized marketing communications (where you have opted in).
13.3 koin50 does not sell personal data to third parties. Data sharing is limited to verified service providers acting on our behalf (e.g., KYC providers, payment processors) under binding data protection agreements.
14.1 Termination by Member: You may close your Account at any time by submitting a written closure request to our support team at [email protected]. Prior to closure, any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned to your verified payment method.
14.2 Termination by koin50: koin50 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account at any time, with or without notice, if we determine — in our sole discretion — that the Member has breached any provision of these Terms, engaged in any prohibited conduct, or if we are required to do so for regulatory or legal compliance reasons.
14.3 Upon termination for cause (i.e., breach of Terms), koin50 reserves the right to withhold any Account balance pending the outcome of an investigation. If the investigation confirms a breach, koin50 may forfeit the balance in its entirety.
14.4 Termination does not affect any rights or obligations that have accrued prior to the date of termination.
15.1 koin50 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, we will provide at least seven (7) calendar days' advance notice by posting a notice on the Platform homepage and, where we hold your email address, by sending you an email notification.
15.2 Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and submit an Account closure request.
15.3 The most current version of these Terms will always be accessible at https://koin50.cam/terms-conditions. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page indicates when the current version took effect.
16.1 These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which koin50 holds its international gaming license.
16.2 Any dispute that cannot be resolved amicably through koin50's standard dispute resolution process shall be referred to binding arbitration. The arbitration shall be conducted in English and the arbitral award shall be final and binding on both parties.
16.3 Nothing in this clause shall prevent koin50 from seeking emergency injunctive relief from a court of competent jurisdiction to protect its intellectual property rights or prevent imminent harm to the Platform or other Members.
